Avoid at all cost
I’ve lived here for a while and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this complex. One of the biggest issues is the high level of drug activity in the area something that many residents have voiced repeatedly.
While the units may appear nice at first glance, many were clearly rushed through during renovations. There are noticeable flaws and signs of poor workmanship throughout.
Adding to the frustration, there is a contract with shady “Gotcha towing”, so make sure your vehicle has insurance and the... registration information is up to date before moving here.
Overall, the complex has potential, but without stronger, more attentive management and real solutions to safety and maintenance issues, it’s hard to feel comfortable or secure living here.

I would not recommend these apartments for anyone. I can’t wait till the lease is up so I can move.

Mom stays here
Mom stays here apartments are really nice and I would move in if that had a 1 bedroom. We had an emergency during after hours and they came not too long after.
