Woodland Heights of Greensboro

It pains me to have to write this review because initially I was content here. the apartment itself is nice for the price I really have no major complaints other than fellow residents leave their dogs poop everywhere and it is not removed by anyone which is disgusting. I had been looking past that though but unfortunately my overall rating dropped substantially when we just got these two severe winter storms, first the ice storm and then this past weekend another 5-8inches and this complex did 0... snow removal for either storm. The sidewalks are covered in ice and had roughly 7-10inches in some places because of them never removing the ice from the first storm. I have fallen twice walking my dog now and I witnessed another person fall as well and who knows how many countless others not to mention people such as myself not even being able to get out of the parking lot. It is absolutely absurd and when complaining to management they just pass the buck to the owner but nothing has been fixed. When my lease is up I will definitely be looking for alternatives which sucks because I hate moving and hoped I could live here for a while till I was ready to buy something. Read More

I'm soooo sad to be writing this but soo very excited to tell people about a place that actually CARES ! This review will be lengthy so stay with me ! Jenifer , office manager Amazing, my daughter walked outside one day within seconds of me letting her out my site while I ran outside in a panic to find her Jenifer walks around the corner with my baby in her arms and calmed me down. She immediately told me to get a lock on the inside of the door and the same day I purchased the lock was the same... day maintenance put it on the door and gave me a peace of mind. Since then Hannah (leasing manager ) & Valerie & Jenifer have checked in on us & assured we were ok and asked about my daughter every chance they got. Hannah & Valerie Shout out to them ! They are amazing when it comes to putting in request and making sure the apartment is kept up & trust me I've called for something as simple as a spider. lol. The maintenance men are great as well they're so quick about getting things done within 24 hours ! The neighbors are like family. When car break ins were happening they got security to patrol at night & that stopped immediately. Now I will say it's not perfect things happen and we've had ups and very little downs but they pivot FAST when any problem arises & it's a place I will always remember as being HOME !! No infestations , clear communication with leasing office , grounds well kept , little to no crime , apartments kept up etc. Wishing my woodland family all the best as I move forward in life !! Have lived here for almost 3 years and never had an issue! The only reason we aren’t staying is because we are moving out of state. All concerns we have ever had were addressed and fixed by management. Loved living here and sad to go.

Love this place I have lived here for four years and it’s been great! The property is quite and clean. The location is great you are like 10-15 minutes away from anything in Greensboro. Property management team has been very attentive to my needs and requests. When I moved in I had a pet a few months later I notice pet stations were placed through out the property making clean up a lot easier. The first year we lived here was good. The second year has been horrible. I’ve come to realize that if you complain they don’t like it. We’ve have had a horrible experience with the upstairs neighbors and as much as we've complained nothing has ever been done. So we decided it’s time to find a different place and after living here for over 2 years I’m grateful to be able to say we’ll be able to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
