Woodland Heights Apartments

Lived there for 2 years to long. Complained about the person that lived above us. But they told us there was nothing they could do.The person had multiple complains on them. So from my understanding if your quiet between 10pm to 6am but be annoying between those hours they can't do anything about it. And even when there annoying after those hours you have to call the after hours line to come listen outside the door or come in your apartment. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one

I've lived here for 2 years since then. The gym and the pool have had multiple issues, most of which were never fixed currently. No treadmills, at the gym, both are broken polls. Then close half the year due to failing inspection.

The apartment complex has a problem with fleas. Despite my cat staying indoors, it keeps getting fleas. We've treated the apartment (and cat) multiple times, but they keep coming back. There are many dogs that are outside daily. Therefore, outdoor treatments for fleas and ticks need to be done regularly to resolve this issue effectively.

I have lived at Woodland Heights since 2021. I have never met such a wonderful group of people. Sarah and Brooke are the best. They have made my family feel welcome and special. The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. No matter what you need done, they come quickly and get the job done. Sarah is a beautiful person inside and out. She is always making sure that we, the tenants know she is working for us 24/7. She has taken time to develop activities that we as a family... can participate in.
