The maintenance responds very fast such as a day later after requesting and usually fixes issues as quickly as ten minutes. I will only need to wait if they do not have a part.

Living at the eastern has been great! The staff are very helpful and nice! The maintenance is great and always ready to help! I would recommend the eastern for others looking for an apartment complex!

One of the best apartments in Greenville. I love how clean they are and how much they care about their residents. I would totally recommend The Eastern to anyone who is looking for a place to live at.

Have loved living at the Eastern for the past 2 years. It has been overall very positive and a good experience. Maintenance seems to be very on top of things when needed.

Living at the Eastern was such a great experience. I did not have any troubles when I was moving in and the process was fast and easy. I've had a few troubles and maintenance is quick to come and fix everything.
