The Boundary at West End

Needed our dryer fixed This is the third time and it broke after 2 minutes of being in the dryer. Took so long to come and look at it. Had to call multiple times for them to even check it out after a week. Haven’t been able to wash and dry our clothes for 2 weeks. We need a new dryer!

Washer and Dryer Maintenance It was fixed in a timely manner but was not installed properly and our apartment flooded and flooded the unit below us causing the request to be prolonged.

Genuinely one of the worst apartments that I have ever stayed at in my life. Mice coming through at every hole, mold in the dishwasher, no AC for weeks at a time. There is no security at all considering every door that is supposed to be locked is somehow open, and the gate in the parking deck stays open 24/7. Management is not any better. They do not communicate whatsoever and frankly, will ignore you. I would never and will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I feel like the apartment itself is great. I really like my roommate and the security I feel. However, I feel as if outside my apartment is a different story. I have neighbors who are way too loud. There is always a mess in the halls such as drinks people spill or vomit from a patron. I feel like the gym is not as clean as I would like. I also feel like it took a long time to get the third floor door coming into the complex repaired. Anyone could walk in. I did not like that it took so… long to repair the spring on the master gate to the parking deck. Al in all, I would come back to stay here if my life plans did not take me in a different direction.
