The Boundary at West End

Genuinely one of the worst apartments that I have ever stayed at in my life. Mice coming through at every hole, mold in the dishwasher, no AC for weeks at a time. There is no security at all considering every door that is supposed to be locked is somehow open, and the gate in the parking deck stays open 24/7. Management is not any better. They do not communicate whatsoever and frankly, will ignore you. I would never and will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I feel like the apartment itself is great. I really like my roommate and the security I feel. However, I feel as if outside my apartment is a different story. I have neighbors who are way too loud. There is always a mess in the halls such as drinks people spill or vomit from a patron. I feel like the gym is not as clean as I would like. I also feel like it took a long time to get the third floor door coming into the complex repaired. Anyone could walk in. I did not like that it took so... long to repair the spring on the master gate to the parking deck. From the outside, it's a really nice apartment and in a really good location. But, for what we have to pay every month, I might as well live anywhere else to have a better experience and save money.

I absolutely love living here. The location is great, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors. We have made multiple calls about how loud they are. We understand this is student living and its not going to be peace and quiet all the time but, it gets a little out of hand. Curtesy officers do respond to our calls though which is very much apricated.

It's been a fine place to live over the past 2 years. Location is the best thing about living here, it's very close to campus.
