Dog Park is AWFUL

The picture they show of the dog park is NOTHING like the reality. It is TINY...it is covered with roots....it turns into a mud pit if it rains...the fence is NOT secure ( lots of gaps at the bottom for small dogs to escape)the agility obstacles are FIXED and take up much needed play area! Complaints are met with zero consideration from corporate offices.

Loved living here!

we moved to North Carolina from Pennsylvania May 2020 and had a wonderful experience with Hampstead Place from start to finish. Melanie was extremely kind and helpful throughout our move in process and supportive during our stay there. Sal is great too! We moved to a bigger home April 2021 but my husband and I will always have a special place in our hearts for Hampstead Place!

Hampstead Place

Hampstead Place is a nice community with friendly neighbors. I have had no problems living here. The manager is extremely helpful & got us approved & moved in within one day. Maintenance is great at getting any issues resolved quickly. The only downfall is the size of the apartments. They are quite small.
