Wonderful Community

This is a wonderful community to call home. Continently located to everything. The staff is superb and my neighbors are amazing.

Very Rude Managment

I was interested in applying for an apartment so I called to set up a tour. Upon receiving no answer, I decided to drive by in hopes of speaking with someone. The office was open and I went in to inquire. I was met with extreme rudeness. I had to pull information from her. She was not inviting in the least. When I asked if I could take a tour she snapped that No! She was the only one working and she could not leave the office. I then asked what units were available and she told me there was… currently 1 and what the requirements were. She stated that I was required to have a minimum 675 credit score. I let her know that I wasnt quite there yet and she said that I could have a co-signer but they have to make 5 times the monthly rent. I responded with 5 times?! Wow! Who makes that per month?! And she very rudely snapped that she has many co-signers. I let her know that she "should work on her customer service skills" and got an earful as I was walking out. She locked the door and turned the sign to closed. I would never want to live under a manager like that. This being the face of your apartment complex is not a good look.

Do they exist?

I’ve tried every avenue of communication. They will not reply. Voicemail box full. SM says they are renting by end of August, so how is there no leasing manager yet? Really sets the tone for how it’ll be run.
