The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, knives, chopping boards, dishes, cups, and kids’ utensils. Step through the back door into your fully fenced backyard, a private spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Enjoy evenings gathered around the propane fire pit surrounded by comfy chairs, the perfect set-up for s’mores and stories under the stars. Due to its central downtown location, occasional city sounds (traffic or sirens) and neighborhood dogs may be heard. The home’s new windows and modern insulation minimize noise inside. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No parties or events are allowed, and loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
