Evolve at Deep River

Apartments are beautiful, amenities they offer also seem really nice but unfortunately communication is horrible. When
I call they don't answer. If I text or email, they take hours to respond, sometime days. The approval/ denial process wasn't explained to me correctly & in order to get updates I basically have to text multiple times or call over and over to even get an answer. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you're a first-time renter and have no clue how this apartment process works because... they will not explain the process well. Read More

There are too many GREAT things to say about this property. I absolutely love this community / property. The office staff are absolutely incredible. Sherry and Presley treat you like family. The maintenance man, Shane, is super nice and knowledgeable of his job.They are willing to go the extra mile to make you feel right home. The apartments are very nice. I am in a two bedroom and I find it to be very spacious. There is ample storage to accommodate my things. Each room has a ceiling fan which... is nice. The property also has a wonderful gym and game room. I am really pleased with the Luxer One package room. This takes a lot of worry away knowing that your packages are safe. I am looking forward to staying for a long while.

So not only is this property worth every penny, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Sherry and Presley are like family, they are truly kind and genuinely care about you and your life. So if you are wanting to shop around and tour different places, make sure you stop here. because you won’t leave without a key!!

I absolutely loved touring this apartment complex. Sherry went above and beyond to make me feel like this was already my home. I truly can not wait to call this my home. Thank you Evolve for being so welcoming and understanding!

I recently moved here on July 1st because of a job opportunity. I came all the way from middle Tennessee so it was a big move for me. Ms. Sherry and the staff were very accommodating with the entire process. I wasn’t able to tour in person, so she went out of her way to give me a tour on a video call and checked in on me throughout the process. Usually living in apartments always felt like a fairly detached process to me, but I was so surprised and grateful to see that Sherry and the Evolve Deep... River staff always made it a point to be kind and caring to their tenants and also establish a connection with them.
