Palladium Park

Been here about a month and it's been great. Office staff is pleasant and the office area/gym and other amenities are nice. I put in a maintenance request in online at 0830 before office opens and at 0920 someone was knocking on my door. 3 bed apartments are a good size and you can't beat the location. Of course the shopping right next door but also I've found doctors/dentists/orthodontists all within 2 minutes away. Only thing I don't like is how loud it is when people upstairs are walking.... I used to love living here but recently they have added WiFi, which would sound like a benefit to the community. However, they are up charging us $10 extra dollars for it! They have contracted to bundle this through Spectrum yet they are charging us a higher cost than what it would be if we went to Spectrum for a single purchase. Spectrum is the only provider in the area, so every resident has to sign up or we won't have internet. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING HERE

Love the apartment. Clean and very friendly staff.
