I came home this evening after work to find there was no open parking near my building. I had to park 2 buildings away!
Recently this complex was transferred to AIR Communities and they came in with the bright idea to do parking lot stenciling for about 30% of the property (Not all the spots).
In order to have a a reserved parking spot (none where reserved near my building) you pay and ADDITIONAL $30 per month to park where you pay rent!
Instead of issuing parking decals to residents with... registered vehicles. There's all types of wagons, trailors, company vehicles and trailer beds taking up spots. How does one know whos supposed to be here?
There aren't even any marked Visitor spots!
This has been the icing on the cake!
I have been here for almost 3 years now and it's getting worse than it was under previous management.

I am so happy to have met such wonderful people in my community. We all look out for each other, just like family. Enjoying being here 1 year already. Staff are all very personable & friendly. I would recommend this community to anyone who is interested in relocating.

Safe area and well maintained. Would like to see cameras around the pool area, a lot of people entering the pool during the closing. Parking can be tricky, people across the street park their cars on our building side. Just little improvements, nothing major.
