Sprayed and fixed outside outlet Neither was never done. I asked three weeks ago fire apartment to be sprayed. I’m on the first floor. Outlet was supposed to be ordered a part. It’s been two weeks, nothing.

car care station is no longer available
One of the most important reasons I chose to stay here was because of its car care station, which is no longer available. I just renewed my lease, and if I had known they were going to shut it down, I would not have renewed. The management company failed to come up with a solution, and instead of finding a way to preserve the amenity, they chose to close it down, which really hurts the tenants. There are so many other ways to handle this, but their decision shows a lack of consideration and... competence, especially during this peak pollen season when the need for car care is even greater. If they could just put up a camera or have the complex gated, they wouldn’t have to worry about people from outside using the amenities. Everything else is great.
