    You Decide

    The most unprofessional housing community I have had a residence. Repeated maintenance issues. Maintenance staff and office staff do not communicate. Complaints are treated as threats. Recently, I reported a continuous leak, three separate occasions, from the apartment above me, a problem that required the carpet being removed and blowers installed on each of the three occasions. Because of my having reported this issue, management called me and asked, "Why did you renew your lease if things are… so bad", as opposed to saying how can we make things better. PLEASE BE ADVISED: If there is a maintenance issue afterhours that requires maintenance to enter a resident's apartment, such as the aforenoted above, maintenance will enter the apartment address the issue and not inform the resident that entry was made. Subsequently, residents are unaware of the frequency entries. This establishments primary concern is the rent.
