The walls are paper-thin. It feels like there are monkeys living downstairs. If you want to spend sleepless nights, this complex is the right choice for you. The property management never takes noise complaints seriously. I’ve been living here for about 8 months, and I’ve filed noise complaints with the courtesy patrol numerous times and called the police many times, but the noise problem still persists. Instead of addressing the root of the problem directly, the property management hides behind... the “everyday noises” clause they added to the lease specifically for such situations. My experience at MAA Huntersville has been 10000% HORRIBLE! From the top (corporate) down needs to be gutted. My apartment was NEVER cleaned in between tenants and full of mold. Instead of moving me to a much better unit, they only wanted to clean around me. DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS! This is what you want your legacy as a human to be? Karma is real and will catch up to all involved. This fight IS NOT OVER! Check your HVAC units, duct work, windows, linings of doors, carpets, dishwashers, exhaust... fans, ceiling fans, pipes, very top of your showers for grout closings. Take my word for it..don't let them scam you into just seeing the model apartment. My air condition unit went out in the 90 degree weather. No help from our latest office staff. "No one was in a rush to get it fixed. Management does not care. Quiet neighborhood but do not move here

Liars and unprofessional! For some unknown reason, after a few months of communication, MAA Huntersville
canceled our application for transfer to a larger and cheaper apartment.
It has been over four months and we still have not received our application fee refund. The ridiculous reason they gave is "Your forwarding address was spelled incorrectly". Does anybody understand what it means? How many words were "spelled incorrectly" that the post office was not able to deliver it? And how much... time do they need to correct it?
Shame to the company!
Because, unlike MAA Huntersville, we were not late even one single day
with our payments for ten months. So, we will never recommend MAA Huntersville as a good place to rent an apartment. Read More

My wife and I moved into an apartment in this complex in April 2023 from across the country only to find out it was infested with German cockroaches. We had to jump through hoops to be relocated and have fought for 2 months to get reimbursed for all of the expenses we have incurred (which they still refuse to do). For the cost of this complex, there are many other choices in the area and would highly suggest to choose elsewhere!
