How Is This Rating Determined?

Great Place!

The staff was friendly, and the place met my needs during my stay. However, there was an issue with air circulation in the studio apartments due to the window unit. It caused excessive moisture in the closets. If this could be improved by installing central heating and air conditioning, this place would definitely earn a 5-star rating. This is my only complaint. Again, staff and people were very good!

WINDSOR PLACE APTS

I HAVE A LARGE 2 BEDROOM APT. ITS GOT A NICE SIZE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM. I ALSO HAVE GREAT CABNETS FOR KITCHEN PRODUCTS AND FOOD. OVER THE STOVE IS A BUILT IN MICOWAVE WITH 2 MORE CABNETS OVER THAT. THE BEDROOMS ARE RATHER LARGE EACH ONE HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED MINE HAS 3 BOOKSHELVES ALONG WITH A PLACE TO PUT MY UNDER CLOTHES AND PJ'S INTO. A FULL WALL SIZE CLOSET FOR CLOTHES AND A BATHROOM WITH EVERYTHING IN IT. THE OTHER ROOM HAS A LOT OF MY BINS FILLED WITH STUFF I PACKED AND BROUGHT WITH... ME ONCE I LEFT MY HUSBAND. THE BATH ROOM FOR THAT ROOM IS IN A HALLWAY SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE CAN USE IT. WE HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER COMBO THAT SITS IN A CLOSET IN THE KITCHEN. A FEW EXTRA CLOSETS FOR STUFF AND COATS. A NICE SIZE PATIO AREA FOR LAWN FURNITURE BUT I DON'T HAVE THAT NOW AND UNTILL SOMEONE STARTED A FIRE ON THEIR PATIO WE WERE ALLOWED TO HAVE GRILLS.

Next to home

This is a very nice apartment complex that does not feel like an apartment complex.there are plenty of trees that make it feel like a single home. The prices are reasonable and fair. Close to anything you want to see in Jacksonville. Proud to call it home. Come on by and take a look.
