FAR FROM LUXURY

Walls are paper thin, Neighbors have no consideration for the surroundings of others. Parking is horrible. Management is NOT Flexible, they have NO Compassion for the Tenants with VALID Complaints. Dog Owners do not clean after their pets. In order to live in a Conducive Environment, I've had to spend several hundred dollars to move. In order to break my lease based on their awful tenants it would have cost me several thousand dollars 2 months rent. Please allow this place to be your very LAST… Option! You will not find LUXURY, Management that could care less, and certainly NO Peace from disrespectful Neighbors.

Noisiest Place, Cops there all the time! Walls & ceilings too thin!

In 9 months there have been cops in front of our building at least 10 times. It's the noisiest apartment I've ever lived in. The ceiling and walls are paper thin. If you live here I advise living on the top floor. I can literally hear the neighbors walking, dropping things, running, flushing the toilet, showering, washer running ect. If you like to sleep past 8:00 am don't live here. The Lawn service and garbage trucks are here 8am. The stairs that lead up to the apartments are really… loud. Anytime someone is walking up or down (which is a lot) you will hear them clear as day. The walls are paper thin. The theater is a joke it doesn't work good. It's old old old. Terrible. The apartment receives all your packages. They forget to let you know they have your packages all the time. You have to check your tracking numbers constantly or just go up there all the time to see if they have something of yours. The water heater is tiny! Anymore than a 10 minute shower its going to be cold. Sucks!!! I'm always rushing. Can't wait to move out.
