The Reserve at Brookberry Farm

They pay for their 5* reviews. Crime, drugs, and noise is horrible. Makes me feel like I am back in college apartments, but for the price of a mortgage. Not to mention they will raise your "locked in" rent rate multiple times.

I was the first family to move into the apartments a couple years back. there was construction going on for almost a year. tires popped 3 times from nails around the apartments. I never complained.

Halloween comes by and we decorate our patio. told to take it down. management said that it was not allowed. but when the neighbor that always kiss up to the management, puts up decorations he is allowed to do so. I never complained.

I put mulch down on my muddy patio that connects to parking lot.… was told to take away. did by hand. I never complained.

One time I went into the office to ask a question. when leaving I opened the door and decide to go and use the bathroom instead they thought I had left and over heard them talking about me and my wife. cowardly gossiping about us. I never confronted or complained.

When one of my neighbors found mold in her walls and asked to have it removed or to get money back they told them that parr investments has bigger pockets than them so good luck taking to court. I then too stood in the shadows.

People are getting robbed. My friend whom just moved out apartment was broken into and tv stolen. Cars are getting broken into also so lock it up.

But today one year after leaving the over priced thin walled dump. I get a letter in the mail with a bill close to $1000 claiming needed carpet removal and wall. says that I have a couple days before they send to court.

So if your thinking about coming and living here. don't be fooled. it is poorly managed and over priced. buy a house, live somewhere else, whatever you do don't give these people any of your money. Read More

I called The Reserve at Brookberry Farm HOME for 2 years. Very spacious 1 Bedroom with over 900 square feet, granite counter tops, great appliance package, friendly office and maintenance staff. Amenities included resort style pool, movie theater, gym, farmhouse and dog park. These apartments are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for (Internet and cable included in rent). I always felt safe here, lots of parking, multiple trash dumpsters on site. Maintenance is great, AC… went out in August and they had it fixed within a couple hours. Office staff has changed recently but everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I moved was for a new job out of town. Read More

Wonderful complex with super spacious and luxurious apartments. We recently moved in and I am already in love with our new home. Wendy and Claire were amazing to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. The area the community is in is super convenient to everything and the community itself is gorgeous. There are tons of great amenities. The apartment itself is super quiet and perfect for what we need. I highly recommend this community!
