Dining and entertaining spaces include a dining table with seating for up to 10 guests, a spacious kitchen island, a built-in breakfast nook with seating for 6, and an enclosed patio area ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while overlooking breathtaking sound sunsets.
We welcome dogs only for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 3 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair, and if any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax, and the pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate with no additional charge.

Duck Blind shares driveway access with a neighboring property, so guests are kindly asked to park in the designated driveway closest to the home and be respectful of neighbors. The primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. BBQ and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
