The great room features a cozy electric fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and wall-to-wall water views, creating an inviting space for gathering and relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen includes a blender, drip coffee machine with grinder, Keurig machine, cake mixer, pots, pans, oven, serving trays, crockpot, rice maker, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, oven, stove, and refrigerator with filtered drinking water and ice maker. Dining and entertaining spaces include a dining table with seating for up to 10 guests, a spacious kitchen island perfect for cooking and socializing, a built-in breakfast nook with seating for 6, and an enclosed patio area ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while overlooking breathtaking sound sunsets.
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay, which helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax, and must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, with no additional charge.

Duck Blind shares driveway access with a neighboring property, so guests are kindly asked to park in the designated driveway closest to the home and be respectful of neighbors. The primary renter must be 21 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay, and subleasing is prohibited. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. BBQ and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only. No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials are allowed on the property. Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
