A beautiful wine cave tucked under the main house includes a bar area with ambient lighting, comfortable seating, and a TV. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The wood stove in this home is not functional and is for aesthetic purposes only. The pool is not heated and will be closed for the season from October 31 through April 1.
