Don't do it!

Apartments are dated and old. They paint the tubs and after a month it the paint peels off the tub exposing mold and dirt. Filthy conditions after you uncover the paint the use to hide there inability to replace a tub that's been there since the 80's. Dishwashers from the 80's. Carpet smells like untreated athletes feet. They refuse to replace the carpet and as soon as there's moisture in the air the smell fills the apartment and the disgust is in your clothes and furniture. Think twice and… third and fourth before deciding to pay rent for this old dated 80's shack!

Safe

This is probably one of, if not the safest places you can live in Laurinburg. Neighbors look out for one another and there are cameras up to deter criminals. The theater is right across the street and although there are only 2 movies at any given time, they are usually anticipated. The local pub is only around the corner, so if you feel like tying one on you won't have far to go.
