Too expensive, you can rent around the corner for a much less price with trash pick up . Appliances are old and management are rude. They forced you to pay for an exterminator that I have never seen ..not worth it

A nice safe place to live! A Great Staff with Debbie and Matt. Fantastic Maintenance with David and Rob! We have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem that wasn't dealt with quickly and professionally! we are living in this apartment for last 2 years. The experience is really good. It?s a small and safe community. Most importantly the people who stay here are calm and well behaved. The administration is very prompt on responding to queries and keeping the environment friendly. I like the treats conducted in the leasing office periodically which brings most of the residents together and we interact with each other. The staff is very nice.
