Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
