This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an extra fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20.

This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property. No weddings or events are allowed, and the maximum daytime occupancy is 20. No smoking and no on-street parking are permitted. Quiet time is at 10 PM.
