Noise

Obnoxiously loud neighbors that have no respect for others in the community. Screaming children, banging on walls, stomping feet, blasting music at all hours of the night. I have been woken up 3-4 dozen times and many night if restless sleep. I need ownership and upper management to reach out to me, please. I have been complaining for over 5 months and I don't feel like my complaint is being taken seriously. I want out!
