My very first appointment was very welcoming and communicative. The tour was also entertaining and informational which made me even more interested in the community. Everyone I worked along side with, was friendly, understanding and open minded to my standards for a future apartment. Overall, I would recommend this community to everyone.

District Lofts has very nice amentiies, a great location for shopping and exploring the Greenways, very responsive maintenance staff, friendly staff and reasonably priced for what you receive in your monthly rent.

Good management. They are responsive and helpful during the time here. The apartments are cleaned nicely when moving in and the apartments tend to be quiet. Maintenance is quick and so far, I haven't had any problems yet.

Decent place to live overall, but the outdoor area needs better upkeep. The pool area in particular could use more consistent cleaning and maintenance. Especially after kiddy party. Would love to see more attention here.
