Indigo Apartments

Just moved into my apartment yesterday. While the apartment is nice the appliance are old and worn down even in a renovated unit . Was told that they would not be replaced and we could use our own washer and dryer since we had one. Disappointed

Went 2 weeks without AC and have water damage to my belongings. Lack of professionalism and accountability regarding both issues. Property manager and regional manager useless as they do not have any regard for the tenants.

I wish that I could give this apartment complex a 0-star review. This is one of the worst property management groups I have had the misfortune of doing business with. When I first moved into my apartment, many fixtures were broken and the dryer and garbage disposal did not work. I lived here for two years, and the garbage disposal was still not working by the time I moved out! During my time as a resident, there were several occasions where my A/C unit went out in the summer, and my heat was not… working in the winter. On one such occasion, I had to go 5 days without heat in the winter. The apartments and appliances are very dated, and not worth the money you pay in the area. Please save yourself some grief and do business with one of the other apartment complexes in the area for a comparable rate and a much nicer apartment, with better staff running the place. When I notified them that I would not be renewing my lease, they decided to charge me a premium in addition to my regular rate that forced me to pay a whole month’s rent for a total of 3 days my final month. They tried to justify this premium by informing me that I did not give them a 60-day notice; however, they gave me lease renewal options less than a week prior to when the 60-day notice would have been due, and I gave them my notice prior to the expiration of the lease renewal options. In other words, this apartment complex will give you less than a week to review lease renewal options, attempt to negotiate those options, and decide if you want to accept those options. And if you decide that you don’t want to renew with them, they will charge you a premium even if you notify them that you will not be renewing your lease with them prior to the renewal options expire. I cannot stress this enough, please do not do business with this apartment complex and go to one of the other ones in the area. You will be glad you did! Read More

URGENT WARNING - NEW RESIDENTS BEWARE: This company charges you a $75 application fee PER PERSON. Background checks cost less than $25 per person so they are basically getting FREE money from you. Also, they charge you a $175 Administration Fee BEFORE your application is even accepted so be prepared to spend at least $325 after filling out application. If it gets denied, you will NOT get your $150 back for the applications if two people are on the application/lease.
