NOVEL Morrisville by Crescent Communities

I moved from another state and was really unsure where we would feel like home and feel the safest here in NC but NOVEL checked all of the boxes I had! I was very picky about what I wanted and NOVEL was the perfect option. The amenities are truly high quality, the coffee shop is amazing and a perfect place to work and take friends/family, and the staff from the office and even maintenance too are super helpful and nice!

Living at Novel Morrisville has been a pleasure. The leasing staff and maintenance are superb. Maintenance requests are handles swiftly and any questions, comments or concerns mentioned to the leasing staff are handled with care and efficiently. The complex is very well kept and lost of friendly people/families. The amenities and location are also ideal for those who WFH and those who like to travel.

Kudos to NOVEL MORRISVILLE for standing out above the rest! You will encounter professional, knowledgeable, friendly and experienced leasing staff that is available in helping to navigate the rental process with less stress as possible. Complex is clean, well maintained and pleasing to the eyes. The parking area is well lit, accommodating with ample space. The community has monthly fun activities where you make new friends, have munchies, share a laugh or have a conversation, in a respectful... environment for all ages. Location, location…. It is surrounded by great shopping (Trader Joe’s, Home Goods) and eateries of all kinds. Airport is close by. An outstanding maintenance staff! Professional and friendly that, should a need arise, they are available in a timely manner and professional communication. Going on to a renewed lease, NOVEL MORRISVILLE has delivered! My husband and I moved to Novel almost a year ago now and are thoroughly impressed with the amenities, maintenance, and communication. The pool is well maintained and has plenty of seating for summer days. The gym is top notch, open 24/7, and has multiple different spaces, many machines, and plenty of free weights for whatever workout you’re doing. Maintenance has responded quickly if we ever have anything that needs to be fixed, which is not often since the space is brand new! I have lived in a few of the newer communities in Morrisville the past decade and while I have not experienced it all, I am confident to say that Novel Morrisville is a real oasis in town. It's been a year now since I moved to this community and it's been consistently a wonderful experience.

Besides the impressive external aesthetics and architectural design of the community, the construction of the building and furnishing units of the units appear to have been done so well with quality... materials so much that for a whole year I have lived here, I haven't had to submit a repair request because something wasn't working properly or is broken. The units are well insulated, comfortable and equipped with very efficient air-conditioning systems. The community has very nice common areas with impressive amenities such as swimming pool, gym, co-working space etc. that make live life a little easier for all.
