A nice, safe, quiet, centrally located, and well managed complex in the Triangle. The staff also does very well at keeping the grounds clean and well maintained.

I have been living here at Residences at Shiloh for about five years now and I tell you it has been a great experience. I love my place. I love living over here, friendly people and very peaceful. It’s a great place to live. The office employees are very helpful and maintenance is great. The grounds are kept up Wonderfully everything is lovely over here. I enjoy living here at residence at Shiloh Crossing.

Sameer came to the rescue and helped me get into my apartment in 5 minutes when I was locked out! I had a meeting I had to join online that started soon and realized before I got to my door that I left my fob inside the apartment. I went to the leasing office and asked Sameer as he was heading out of the building if he could assist quickly and he warmly agreed and immediately made his way over to help me! I made it to my virtual meeting on time because of his kind efforts and the experience was... seamless. Each time I have put in a request before they come same day to fix the request. I have lived in multiple apartments but this complex has exceeding my expectations of what a maintenance team should be. 10/10 recommend living here, you will be taken care of.
