The final straw happened right before my move-out date on July 14th. A week before my scheduled leave, I found a notice on my door saying they were doing a move-out inspection on July 9th—while I was still actively living in the apartment. I emailed to ask why this was being done early and got ignored. When I went to the office after work, the office manager, Magaly, admitted she saw my email but just chose not to respond. When I requested they wait until my lease was up, she got defensive,... claiming everyone gets this notice and that I was the only one complaining. She said they needed to see what contracted work would take weeks to complete. That is not my problem while I am still paying rent and living there. To make it worse, as I walked out, she muttered behind my back that they were still coming in anyway because it counts as maintenance and all they need to do is give 48 hours' notice. The disrespect and complete lack of customer service from office manager M and the rest of the management team is unacceptable. I am incredibly relieved to finally be gone. Since the new property management took over, communication and policies have become noticeably more unprofessional. In the last few months, residents have received multiple notices that are poorly worded and lack clear, direct communication.

I was recently charged $25 for trash being left outside the dumpster. While I did address the issue with my child, I was not given a direct warning beforehand. Instead, I was immediately charged and contacted multiple times to take care of it. I would have... preferred a direct notification rather than a general message sent to the entire complex followed by an instant fee.

Amenities have also been inconsistent. The pool, which is advertised as a feature, has not been reliably available during the 2–3 years I’ve lived here. It typically opens very late in the season and then closes frequently for maintenance, making it difficult to use.

There are also ongoing concerns with safety and community management. Children frequently run through the parking lot without supervision, even near the leasing office, and this issue does not appear to be actively addressed despite repeated community-wide notices.

Additionally, new and increasing fees continue to be introduced, including charges for parking and required insurance, without any noticeable upgrades to the property. We have a standard parking lot with no entry and exit gates. Combined with rising rent, this feels excessive.

I’ve also noticed an increase in vacant units, which is not surprising given these changes. I am currently a resident and counting down the time until my lease ends.

This community has declined significantly since I first moved in. You get charged extra money on your rent to have access to amenities, yet you will not be able to use those amenities. The pool has been closed for close to year now, we were told it would be opened up on Memorial Day, it is almost August and it is still shut down. Don't let me get started on the pest control problem. You can request to have the problem taken care of from the office but that's as far as it goes. They'll tell you... that someone will be there to solve the solution but they never have anyone arrive. Management does not care about their residents, as long as they can get the money for rent, that's all that matters to them. I would not recommend this place to live for anyone, it is a nightmare. Its been more than 5 months living in this apartment. I have moved a lot from state to state and town to town. Finally, This is my home. No wonder few people from here bought a home but still living here and renting their home because they really liked the apartment community they have and the great environment. Thank you Rebecca.

I highly DON’T recommend this place , if I could give no stars I would .. I’ve been only staying here for 6 months in I’ve had problems since day 1 please save your time and money. The management is highly poor , I’ve been dealing with a 9,000 water bill because they meter is broken since I moved in because they haven’t fixed the issue yet I have to blow them up to ask questions to find out when they will resolve the issue and pay my bill til today it’s a ongoing problem they tell me different... stuff each time just to make me hush up and no payment has been made after 6 months & I’ve woke up to a damaged car 2 times in no one seem to knows what happened. I’m currently dealing with an animal inside of my home wall I asked for them to send out somebody in no one has came I’m scared to stay home.
