Third-party bookings are not permitted without prior owner approval, and violations will result in cancellation without a refund. Mount Holly has a strict 10 pm to 7 am noise ordinance, with fines up to $1,500. Failure to comply may lead to immediate eviction without reimbursement if neighbors contact the authorities. Animals are not allowed, and bringing a pet in violation of house rules incurs an additional $250 daily fine. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Parties and events are not permitted, and hosting a party will result in eviction without a refund. Hot tub rules include showering with soap and water before entering, entering and exiting slowly where the stairs are located, no jumping or diving, no glass in or near the hot tub, and no use of alcohol, narcotics, or medications on the premises and in the hot tub. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry.
