Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. There is a kitchen and a living room on each floor. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors.
