We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Additional charges apply for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time large pet fee applies to help cover the additional cleaning and care required. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, with fees applicable. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for extended stays, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete our identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Verification includes uploading a valid photo ID and a matching selfie. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. Some units may require downloading a mobile app for Bluetooth access. Guests are expected to follow the instructions provided in the Guest Portal specific to their unit.
