Where to begin with this community.. if there’s a delay in your home they might put you up in a rental unit. They will tell you it’s complimentary for the 10 days. Two months later, they’ll ask for payment of the rental which is more than your unit since it’s prorated. In our case, the house didn’t even have water when we were forced out of the rental unit and into the unfinished house. Your house will have faulty wiring and there will be leaks in your roof and windows will be unsealed. Even the... fences are poorly installed and will topple over with the breeze. Hurricane season is truly something else here.
I have nothing to say about those that work in the office. They’ve remained consistently unhelpful through the many property management companies that have taken over and subsequently jumped ship over the last few years. Read More

Visited the Blu South Townhomes with a friend and was absolutely amazed by how beautiful it was! The office was so inviting, and the staff was incredibly kind. Hoping to call this place home when I decide to move in the future.
