This is an overpriced community with inconsistent and unfriendly management. They could careless about the tenants and it shows. This maybe why you cant keep people here.

Charleston Row is an awesome place to live. I lived in a house for the last 19 yrs and Charleston Row feels as spacious as my 4 bedroom home felt.

Charleston Row Property is a lovely place to live if, amenities are not high priority.
