Unprofessional Leasing Consultants

Came in to view a 3 bedroom apt with my husband. The leasing consultants were stand offish, didn’t offer to give me a tour of the facility. I would have loved to see the pool and playground that my children could play at if I would plan to live there. I also expressed my interest in viewing the photos that were showed to my husband prior to me arriving and was pushed off and told they would email them to me. They also didn’t have the doors for the wheelchair ramp to the office unlocked. The… complex gave off half effort energy.

The maintenance team is great here, when you submit a work order they are quick to respond and get the issue done in a timely.

ROACHES

Oh the horror of roaches running throughout the kitchen, dining, and the floor reaching upwards to the living room. The faculty has one member who sends scathing messages to the tenants. Don't be fooled run for the hills! We were desperate but please no one wants to live like this.
