Quick and Easy Move-In
I’ve been living at these townhomes for a while now, and my experience has been fantastic. The move-in process was incredibly quick and easy, and the leasing staff kept me informed every step of the way. When I first moved in, they were starting a landscaping project, and I was a bit skeptical about how it would turn out. However, now that it’s finished & the grass is growing it looks so much better overall. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to... others!

Do not move here
I couldn’t recommend any place less than this one. It was sold two months after I moved in and my experience has been horrible. You are unable to communicate with the leasing office for any questions, maintenance requests can take months to resolve and don’t even think about getting information on construction projects going on around the property - they don’t say anything and let you discover them ripping up all the grass and making walking your pet impossible. Find somewhere else and save... yourself the headache/

Management doesn’t care
Complained about “trash” nearby for six months and NOTHING has been done. Several units have multiple families living in them. Parking a severe problem if you have one than one car. Don’t waste your time or money. I will be moving soon!

Nice but getting bad
Supposed to be more upscale but very quickly deteriorating with trashy neighbors, poor mgmt and poor care of the properties. Raised rent before end of lease. Do not rent here!!
