Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay). A one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet (in addition to standard pet fee) or a one-time $95 fee for 2 large pets (in addition to the standard pet fee). Failure to disclose pets or pay the required fees in advance may result in additional charges of $500 or more and/or cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.
