I love the ambience here; being surrounded by trees in such a large community is very aesthetically pleasing. I like the idea that a lot of my neighbors are around my age. And it's impressive how updated the amenities are for such a well-established community that's been around this long. When I first got here I was also very impressed with the dedication the property showed by power washing the breeze ways, however I didn't care for the spigot connected to my unit being used because it meant... 400 gallons of water usage being included in my next bill.

I truly love living at 403 West. My resident experience has been excellent from the beginning. The community feels welcoming, comfortable, and well managed. The staff is always kind, professional, and helpful whenever I need assistance.

One of the things I appreciate the most is how quickly the team responds to requests. The service is reliable, and I always feel that residents are taken seriously. The property is clean, peaceful, and a great place to call home.

Overall, I am very happy living...
here. 403 West has given me a wonderful living experience, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, and well-maintained community.
