Alexan Moto apartments are absolutely phenomenal!

My apartment is very spacious and full of natural light. Every detail in the apartment is thoughtfully selected such as cabinets, lighting fixtures, tile back splash, gorgeous flooring, a mobile and sturdy kitchen island to customize your layout, light switches, and usbc outlets in convenient areas. The closet built ins are an absolute dream and make organization so easy! This is truly is a luxury apartment complex from the units to all... available amenities.

The leasing staff is so nice and accommodating in every way. They make the complex feel like home. As someone new to Raleigh the leasing staff is very familiar with the area and has great recommendations. They are very pet friendly and have gotten my pup treats to keep in the office!

The location is walkable to many restaurants, bars, events, grocery stores or anything else you would need. I also always feel safe walking my dog at any time here.

I had one small maintenance request that was taken care of in a timely manner by professional and knowledgeable maintenance team.

As a note this building is still having their finishing touches added and is currently experiencing construction. The construction team is respectful and the units are well sound proofed to make any noises that come along with construction and the nearby train as minimal as possible.
