Ow we all I’m satisfied with the aesthetic of the apartment. The staff is so helpful and friendly. So are the residents. It’s been nice building a small community. I enjoy the monthly events that happen. I only wish there was a car cleaning station. It is considered luxury apartments.

Been here a year and the experience has been disappointing overall. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed, and when they do show up, issues are often not fully resolved. Management communication is poor, you’re left chasing people down for basic answers. On top of that, we’re charged a mandatory valet trash fee and the service is completely unreliable. There have been multiple times they simply don’t show up on scheduled pickup days, yet the charge never disappears from the bill.... The amenities sound great on paper but aren’t well maintained. For what they charge in rent, you’d expect a much higher standard of living and customer service. Would not recommend.
