Honestly for an apartment at this price I had worries. But i got a newly renovated unit for a great price. Easy access in and out. Management actually nice and helpful

The maintenance team here could be better. I have been a resident here for a long time. I have seen 3 different managements companies come in and out. The current maintenance team could use more training or a whole different crew.
The pipes freeze when running the ac and it leaks water into the filter compartment. Maintenance comes over with tape and blows water from inside the ac compartment all over the floor. No regard for cleanliness. Someone's dog took a s*** on the walk way coming out the... door of the apartment spoke with maintenance about it.
They stated they would take care of it. Next day comes, it's still sitting there. Neighbors are smoking stank weed and you can smell the smoke leaking in your own apartment almost as if you were smoking it.
Must have thin insulation. Irresponsible tenants and maintenance crew. The valet will not pick up the trash or recycling and you are charged monthly. These one star reviews are telling the whole story about the complex.

Sattima was very helpful & very knowledgeable of the properties. They were nice & spacious & the amenities are great as well!!! Me & my boyfriend are apartment hunting & are definitely considering Andover at Crabtree!!
