Autumn Pointe

The office and maintenance people are phenomenal. They treat me like family and I love them the same. They are so patient and help me, usually within an hour.

I recently did an on-site transfer and thought I had a small leak under the sink, only for Lynn to find a punctured oil bottle. Lynn not only cleaned it up but also helped my husband and I put the bed skirt on my king mattress when he saw us struggling with the weight of bed.

Now to talk about my girls, Alyssia and Ashley have such a... personal touch with all of their residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is pristine and perfect for the community, apartments coming for rent and their office. I have seen Ms. Ashley with her cleaning bag running around to clean the homes as if it was her own. They love us and my dog Cannoli. If you are looking for a place to call home, COME HERE. The staff at autumn Point are very Professional. You're always greeted by a friendly smile and warm welcome . Autumn Point may not be the newest and most fancy apartment living in Raleigh but the property is well taken care of by the Maintenace staff. It's clean affordable living .

From the property to the staff everything is amazing. Such a great place to call home!
