was very pleased with the property prior to the new management. Fortunately, most of the maintenance team is still here, and even though there are fewer of them, they continue to respond and take care of issues both big and small. While response times have changed due to the smaller team, they still work hard and try to resolve things as quickly as possible.
The new management initially seemed promising, but it has changed the overall vibe of the community, making it feel colder and more... restrictive. Before, even without a full clubhouse, the atmosphere felt inviting—staff were welcoming, light music played in the background, the management office was always open and engaging, and residents felt genuinely welcomed.
Chloe has been an excellent addition to the administrative team, and I hope she stays. However, the community overall does not seem as clean or as engaging as it once was. Hopefully, positive changes will be made within the year.
