Bridges at North Hills

The apartment complex is overwhelmed with roach infestations that have made living conditions unbearable and unsanitary, especially for children. I am writing to urgently caution families and individuals considering residency at Bridges at North Hills Apartments against making this detrimental decision.

It is impossible to leave any food out, including in the kitchen; even a coffee maker on the counter becomes a site for these pests. Roaches are rampant throughout the apartments, scurrying over… floors and even in bathrooms, making it distressing for young children and creating a health hazard for all residents.

Communication with the management team, particularly the Assistant Property Manager, has been nothing short of abysmal. Despite countless emails seeking assistance and clarification, my concerns have been met with silence or dismissive responses. The management's failure to address such critical issues as pest control reflects a severe disregard for resident well-being and basic housing standards.

This complex fails to provide the safety, cleanliness, and support that every family deserves in a home. The continuous neglect and poor management have created an environment that is not only unsuitable for children but hazardous to anyone's health and well-being. I strongly advise anyone looking for a new home to steer clear of this property and seek housing elsewhere, where community management and living conditions meet basic human standards and respect for residents. Brandon and all the staff are great. I was made to feel very welcome during my tour. I had several questions and all of them were answered to my satisfation. They were very transparent about the renovations going on and seem to be working hard to make these arears a perfect home to come home to. Very pleased!!

I have been living here for 2 years and counting down days until I move out. I wanted to put my 60 days notice and when I did that the leasing staff told me I only need to pay for next 2 months so I signed a new lease contract based on their word and put my notice and they verbally confirmed I'm only reliable for next 2months. Then they call me back next day saying no you still have to pay for all rent until end of lease and gave me wrong information. I asked if they can help me out at all since… they gave me wring information but they just simply didn't care!!
2 days after they call me that there's a leak in my unit and they need extra key to get in and as soon as I give them the key they went to my unit few hours after without asking my permission or email or call. By far the worst place I've ever lived and horrible customer service. No one seems to care in their office and they don't understand them giving out WRONG information might financially put some people in dangerous situation. Read More

I wish I could give this place a negative 1 star because it looks nothing like the pictures and the staff is rude and unprofessional. I had my car towed even though I had my sticker. There are roaches the trash valet never comes. Just don’t rent from here.
