I can’t say enough good things about Angel, our apartment manager at Capitol Flats! She is warm, knowledgeable, and extremely professional — truly living up to her name. Angel has been a joy to work with from the start, and her leadership and care for both the property and the residents are clear in everything she does. Honestly, Angel is one of the biggest reasons I continue to call Capitol Flats home for 4+ years. She creates a welcoming environment not just through her own actions, but... through the great team she leads. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced apartment in the downtown area, I highly recommend you take a serious look at Capitol Flats. Awful and huge waste of money
I lived here for a year and management is terrible. They don't care about their tenants, are never available and problems will stay for longer than they need to. Their 24 hr maintenance is a lie as no one will help you and if they do, they make it clear you are the problem and cuss you out. Overall, I'd recommend paying a little bit more for a nicer and safer place.
Also, they don't have dishwashers in the apartments.

Terrible Apartment - Look Elsewhere
Management is constantly changing, and is the least responsive management company. Never answer phone calls, rarely respond to emails, and never actually go to the office. Building is poorly maintained and my unit had clearly not been cleaned professionally when I moved in. Walls are thin, building is loud and security locks don't work. Do not live here unless it is your absolute last option.
