    Don’t do it!

I should’ve known not to move in when I couldn’t even get someone to get back to me to tour…or when I ran into current residents that warned me not to sign the lease. We’ve lived here 10 months now and I’ve never had such an awful experience. I was towed when we first moved in while they conveniently forgot to give us a pass, our AC was out for three weeks in July forcing us to move out, and our washing machine completely broke. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone during these issues. Not to mention it’s in a flood zone, half of the wiring doesn’t work properly, the bathrooms don’t have outlets, and there are no overhead lights in the majority of the unit.
