Very peaceful and natural surroundings. Units are large and airy. Relatively short distance to grocery and some other amenities. However, there are many maintenance issues needing to be addressed. Units look like minor repairs have not been kept up with.

We moved to Concord Apts in May of 2026; the complex is tree lined and well maintained, the community is diverse and the residence and staff are friendly and helpful; especially the leasing staff which was very helpful filling out all the forms etc., which we are very grateful. It’s a nice place to live, there’s a gym and pool to cool off during the hot summer and there are plenty of stores and places to eat close by.
