Beautiful and safe place to live. Small community with friendly, and respectful neighbors. ALL staff are PHENOMENAL!!! The ladies in the office and maintenance crew make a GREAT team. They take care of things as soon as they are aware of, or reported to them. I am going on my 2nd year of residing at Concord Apartments and expect many more to come. I truly LOVE ?? it here. ??????

I moved to this community over a year ago, and I couldn't be more pleased with the staff (office and maintenance). They all are very respectful, attentive, caring and do their job to the best of their abilities. They go out of their way to help and assist revolve whatever issues tenants may be having. I am so HAPPY ?? to be living here, and very GREATFUL ?? to have found to have found Concord Apartments. ??????????

Concord is a very comfortable and quiet community. The office staff are very responsive to addressing issues throughout the area and take time for the community to participate in activities in group setting. I appreciate the maintenance staff for their timely response to requests.

Overall the staff was extremely helpful. That doesn’t take away from the fact that the renters insurance submission has been an absolute headache because of how specific they want it written. On top of the fact that the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned like I was told it would be and we were welcomed with a slew of issues from broken doors, unconnected water lines to washers, dust coating the floors. It’s amazing because it’s been just little things on top of little things that have made this... experience quite frustrating given what I have paid to live here.

Concord is a quiet community. There are tons of amenities and friendly residents. I love my apartment and would highly recommend the Concord apartments.
