Management exhibits unaccountability
My roommate and I were clear and proactive in communicating our housing preferences and budget constraints with management from the very beginning. After submitting our applications and paying the associated fees, we were repeatedly pressured to consider more expensive units; despite consistently stating that we were only interested in units within our range and were willing to take any such unit if it became the last one available.
In the end, we were backed into a corner where the only... remaining units were outside of what we could afford. Despite our efforts to avoid this outcome through clear and timely communication, management disregarded our requests and ultimately placed us in an impossible situation.
When we expressed our concerns, they deflected responsibility and blamed us instead, claiming they were not at fault. The process was marked by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a complete absence of empathy or accountability.
Ultimately, we lost money simply by considering this complex and putting trust in its management team. I strongly caution others to think twice before renting here. If you're not prepared to be misled, pressured, and financially burned, look elsewhere.
