I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Everly on 401! The amenities are top-notch—from the resort-style pool and modern fitness center to the cozy clubhouse and pet-friendly spaces. Everything is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make life easier and more enjoyable.
The staff is truly what sets this place apart. Everyone is extremely nice, professional, and efficient. Any time I’ve needed help or had a question, they’ve responded quickly and with a great attitude.... It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend Everly on 401!

The apartment complex is kept clean, it’s well lit at night. For the most part, people are friendly and considerate the main and big issue is the parking even though you pay to live here you are not guaranteed a parking spot near your apartment. Sometimes you will have to walk a block or two, which is not ideal if you have small children, an infant in a car seat, or carrying groceries.
