Gorman Crossings
The apartment was the "open floorplan" however the kitchen is closed off from the rest of the apartment because it is so small and in a corner. The management is pretty decent, however the maintenance is shotty.

You pay for the location which is great, but it comes with free bugs, so pick your poison.
